The role:
Teaching small groups of secondary-aged students with a variety of SEN needs.
Creating engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning plans.
Working closely with the SENCo, support staff, and parents/carers to achieve positive outcomes.
Playing a key part in the school's growth and development.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Secondary SEN.
Strong understanding of strategies to support learners with a range of additional needs (ASD, SEMH, MLD, etc).
A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach.
Passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.
