We are looking for an experienced and capable Project Manager to oversee Cradle to grave delivery of complex Data Centre projects across Europe and the UK. The role is very hands on and client site-facing with a strong emphasis on project performance, operational control, and client relationship management.
Were looking for someone with a strong understanding of how mission-critical projects are run in practice, with preference for those who have worked in UK and European project environments. You must be from a client side or principal contractor led role and be comfortable setting up RAMS and QA forms from scratch. You will be coordinating with subcontractors on a daily basis, sitting with QS's to manage variations and payment applications and walking the job daily to drive completion and close out snag lists.
This is a hands on role for a UK number 2 who is an allrounder and would like to add value to the business and be a big part of its futuregrowth.
You will be mainly travelling across the UK and EU working at various client sites, overseeing the final commissioning stages to Major multi million pound Data centre projects.
You must be UK based and have the flexibility to travel Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities Lead multiple construction projects from mobilisation through to commissioning, handover, and commercial closeout.
Manage P&L across all assigned projects, reporting monthly KPIs to the Directors.
Maintain strong client relationships, attend site and commercial meetings, and ensure client satisfaction across delivery.
Prepare and execute business development plans to expand operations in the region.
Coordinate resources, subcontractors, procurement, and schedules across multiple sites.
Travel regularly to site locations across the UK and Europe.
Drive high standards in safety, quality, commissioning, and project controls.
CandidateRequirements
5+years of experience managing Data Centre or large-scale M&E projects, ideally with a commissioning focus.
Either an engineering degree or a qualified trade background with significant project management experience.
Demonstrated commercial accountability, leadership, and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in live, high-pressure environments and representing the business to clients.
Eligible to work in the EU and available to travel as needed.
