Office Support Manager

R13 Recruitment are assisting a fast-growing and highly successful international organisation in their search for an Office Support professional to join their Norwich-based team. This is a varied and hands-on position, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment whilst providing administrative support across multiple departments.
This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive and people-focused individual who enjoys being at the heart of a business, coordinating office operations, supporting employees and creating a positive workplace experience.
Monday to Friday, full-time, with hybrid working available (Thursday from home). Salary is offered at £27, - £30, DOE.

The Day to Day:
3. Managing the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
4. Coordinating office facilities, supplies, stationery and equipment.
5. Organising food, refreshments and workplace provisions.
6. Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. Preparing workspaces, equipment and office resources for new starters.
8. Coordinating company events, team activities and workplace initiatives.
9. Maintaining office records, internal systems and administrative processes.
10. Providing support across HR, Operations and wider business functions.
11. Managing parking permits, office access requirements and workplace logistics.
12. Supporting senior leadership with adhoc admin and coordination tasks.
13. Booking of business travel and accommodation, including international.
14. Acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external suppliers.
15. Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and workplace efficiency.
You Will Have/Be:
16. Previous experience within an office administration, office management, facilities or coordination role.
17. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
18. A positive, approachable and supportive attitude.
19. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
20. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
21. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

24. Comfortable working across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
25. Ability to use initiative and solve problems independently.
26. Full UK driving licence.
