Duties and responsibilities related to the In Room Dining Team Leader role Manage the daily operations of the in-room dining service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standards Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of room service orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are met Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette. Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. About you Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
