Main Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of project requirements, specifications and interfaces to coordinate design process, procurement and site installation.
* Responsibility for H&S standard management, project documentation and site audits.
* Monitor Project change including accurate reporting to client.
* Produce and monitor cost reports and submit application for payment to client.
* Liaise with Site management, monitor progress and assist in resolving installation issues.
* Produce site programmes and progress reports to client.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience of construction industry, window and curtain wall systems
* Working knowledge of regulations, standards and industry guidance
* Strong IT competencies, particularly in MS Office 365 including Word & Excel
* An eye for detail and patience for problem solving.
* Collaborative approach to project delivery with strong client facing skills.
* Highly organised with strong record keeping abilities.
