Job Description
The Role:
* Taking client shift requirements and entering them into the system.
* Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts.
* Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
* Working at fast pace and under pressure
* Confirming shifts with clients.
* Confirming shifts with staff members.
* Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas.
* Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage.
* Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
Qualifications
The Person:
* A background in professional care, experience in care coordination.
* A confident persona.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast-moving environment
* Resilience, urgency and a desire to maximise the care provided to vulnerable people.
* Care Coordination: 1 year (required)
* Ideally experience in healthcare recruitment
