Recruitment Admin Officer - Temp to perm opportunity Your new company Well-established public sector organisation with a focus on effective talent acquisition. Work Pattern Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexi-hours)Based in BS16 3-month initial contract with perm opportunity Your new role Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues Support critical or high-risk vacancies with proactive solutions Administer recruitment activity using the applicant tracking system Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management Support delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects Coordinate, review and standardise job descriptions across the business Upload and maintain job descriptions within internal systems Contribute to process improvements and development of training materials What you'll need to succeed Experience within a customer-focused HR or recruitment environment Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage competing priorities Experience using recruitment systems and MS Office Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience supporting projects and implementing new processes Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, business support or similar What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate with holiday pay uplift Opportunity for a perm position Opportunity to gain valuable public sector HR experience Exposure to end-to-end recruitment and project work Supportive and collaborative team environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
