Experienced Recruitment Consultant | Award-Winning Pensions Recruitment Team | Basildon | Flexible Working | Uncapped Commission

Sammons Recruitment Group is an award-winning recruitment business with over 65 years of success. Due to continued growth within our specialist Pensions division, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established and high-performing team in Basildon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2+ years of recruitment experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected market-leading business.

Working within our specialist Pensions team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing relationships with clients and candidates across a well-established sector.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
• Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Generating new business opportunities
• Delivering a high-quality consultative service to clients and candidates
• Working towards individual and team targets

About You

• Ideally 2+ years' recruitment experience
• Commercially minded and motivated to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
