The Role
As Workshop Controller at our Salisbury site, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—coordinating team activity, managing workloads, and ensuring every repair meets our rigorous standards. You’ll be the bridge between our technicians, assessors, parts, and front-of-house teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate and manage daily workload across technicians and workshop staff
Monitor performance, repair quality, and turnaround times
Coordinate closely with Vehicle Damage Assessors, parts, and customer service teams
Lead and motivate your team, supporting their training, development, and wellbeing
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry quality regulations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar senior workshop role
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A thorough understanding of modern accident repair processes
Calm and focused under pressure in a high-volume environment
