What Does the Role Entail?: Within this role, you will be expected to create positive relationships with pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities and encourage positive choices and behaviour. Work closely and collaboratively with the Class Teacher and SENCO to implement and adapt learning strategies, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
