Duties of a Lettings Manager:
9. Leading daily team meetings for the Lettings department
10. Coaching and supporting the team to consistently achieve KPI targets
11. Monitoring individual performance and conducting regular one‑to‑one reviews
12. Driving team development, progression, and continuous improvement
13. Maintaining a strong focus on generating both new and repeat business
14. Building and nurturing strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
15. Liaising with Tenants and coordinating property viewings aligned with their requirements
16. Negotiating offers and securing new tenancy agreements
17. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a risk‑averse approach across the business
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
18. Full UK manual driving licence
19. Minimum of two years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
20. Strong team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative working environment
21. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
22. Skilled in developing and implementing branch‑specific business plans
23. Capable of monitoring, analysing, and responding to local competitor performance
24. Solid understanding of current legislation governing Residential Lettings
25. Able to manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive workloads efficiently
26. Recognised for delivering exceptional customer service
27. Confident working independently and using own initiative
28. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
