£85,000 base + £135,000–£140,000 OTE (uncapped)

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Managed IT & Cloud Solutions provider with an outstanding reputation for customer service, award-winning culture, and serious growth ambitions. The business has a clear plan to double turnover by 2030 and is now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Director to help make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business acquisition across SME and mid-market clients, focusing on Managed IT, Modern Workplace, and Cloud Services.
* Managing and developing a team of four Account Managers, providing direction, coaching, and commercial insight (leadership experience is beneficial, not essential).
* Taking ownership of several existing accounts — building stronger relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
* Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to shape and deliver high-value solutions.
* Earning commission on personal sales and team performance — with a genuine six-figure OTE that rewards results.
About You
* A proven hunter with a track record of winning and growing new business within an IT Managed Services, Cloud, or Technology Solutions environment.
* Experienced selling into SME and mid-market organisations (typically 11–500 seats).
* Confident working with technical teams to build tailored solutions.
* Commercially sharp, consultative, and motivated by success.
* A team player who enjoys mentoring others but still loves getting out to win deals.
