The job
Electrically biased maintenance role covering planned and reactive work across a busy manufacturing site.
* Fault‑finding on electrical systems and control panels
* Carrying out PPMs through a CMMS
* Responding to breakdowns and getting equipment back online
* Supporting continuous improvement and minor upgrades
* Working closely with production to reduce downtime and waste
There's a strong expectation around safe working, good housekeeping and doing the job properly.
Hours
* Days only
* Monday to Thursday: standard day shift
* Friday: early finish
* 40 hours per week
* No nights. No rotating shifts.
The package
* £45,000 - £48,000 basic
* Overtime paid at 1.5x
* Days‑based role with early Friday finish
