Site based Maintenance Electrician - Cramlington, Northumberland. CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a permanent basis, who are a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across FMCG industries.
This is a site based opportunity in Cramlington, Northumberland.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical equipment
* Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality
* Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures
* Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment
Package
* Competitive salary between £39,000 - £41,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
* Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Qualifications
* Qualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
* Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
* Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
