We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Manager to lead a passionate frontline team and deliver exceptional housing and estate services across our neighbourhoods.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
1. Managing a team of Neighbourhood Officers, a Senior Estate Officer, and a Customer Involvement & Engagement Officer.
2. Overseeing tenancy and estate management, allocations, and anti-social behaviour casework — includingplex cases.
3. Driving performance through coaching, 1:1s, and clear targets.
4. Championing resident engagement, supporting scrutiny panels, and ensuring inclusive involvement from allmunities.
5. Reviewing service standards, resolvingplaints, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
6. Ensuringpliance with safeguarding, data protection, health & safety, and equality legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Proven leadership experience in housing management, including tenancy enforcement and ASB.
8. Strongmunication skills — confident with reports, presentations, and sensitive conversations.
9. Experience in resident involvement and partnership working with local authorities.
10. HND-level education or equivalent experience (CIH Level 4 qualification desirable).
11. Full UK driving licence and access to an insured vehicle.
