Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of what we do — supporting our clients to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. Every day will be different, and your support could include:
· Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
· Medication support
· Meal preparation and shopping
· Light cleaning and laundry
· Companionship and social activities
· Helping clients attend appointments or day centres
You'll be making a genuine difference — sometimes you'll be the highlight of someone's day, other times a source of comfort and reassurance.
