Iconic Resourcing are pleased to be supporting a leading UK law firm as they seek to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to join their dedicated Family Law team.
This position plays a vital role in the smooth running of a practice area that supports clients during significant and often emotional stages of their lives. The successful candidate will be a calm, organised and trusted partner to both fee earners and clients, ensuring the team can focus fully on providing expert legal guidance.
The Role
* Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to Family Law specialists
* Manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments in a sensitive and organised manner
* Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries, gathering essential details and ensuring a considerate approach
* Proactively manage inboxes, correspondence and confidential documentation
* Coordinate travel, logistics and meeting preparation with care and foresight
* Maintain accurate case management records and ensure timely document production
* Assist with billing, expenses and financial administration
* Draft and proofread documentation with strong attention to detail
* Support lawyers during busy periods and offer additional cover when needed
* Work collaboratively across the wider Personal & Family Law function
About You
* Proven experience supporting a busy legal or professional services team, ideally within Family or Private Client law
* Able to remain composed and professional when dealing with sensitive situations
* Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients and third parties
* Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
* Competent user of Microsoft Office and eager to further develop system knowledge
* Ideally you will have experience with Big Hand
