Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Archibald Shaw is a long-established civil and structural engineering consultancy with over 60 years of experience. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects across a wide range of sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading structural design from concept to completion
* Producing and reviewing calculations, drawings, and reports
* Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
About you:
* Chartered or close to Chartered (IStructE or equivalent)
* 8+ years’ consultancy experience
* Confident communicator with strong technical and leadership skills
* Strong design capability in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
* Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations
