Responsibilities
* Property Compliance
* Manage compliance across gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water hygiene and other safety areas
* Maintain accurate compliance records and certification
* Coordinate inspections, servicing, and remedial works
* Work with contractors and internal teams to address risks and meet deadlines
* Support audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements
* Experience in property or housing compliance
* Good knowledge of UK health & safety and property legislation
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
