Overview
Digital transformation is at the heart of the UHB's plans for delivering 'CTM 2030' Strategy. The UHB has set out its ambitions in the digital strategy that identifies a Digital Roadmap for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). This will enable the UHB to shape its digital agenda in the coming years, and contribute to the transformation of health services and improve patient experience, safety and outcomes. The Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) is a core member of both the Digital & Data Clinical Team and the Corporate Nursing Team, clinically accountable to CTMUHB providing nursing leadership and expert advice relating to the UHB's digital transformation programme.
Located in the heart of South Wales, CTM is central to Cardiff, Newport, and Swansea, and operates within a diverse region as part of NHS Wales. CTM serves a large population across three regions and aims to unite the health board around shared health and wellbeing goals through the CTM 2030 Strategy. CTM values include listening, learning, improving; treating everyone with respect; and working together as one team.
