Support phonics and early reading development using structured schemes. Provide differentiated instruction to support a wide range of learning abilities. Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them engaged in their child's progress. Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENDCo, and subject coordinators to enhance pupil outcomes. Contribute to wider school initiatives, including extra-curricular activities and school events. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1 teaching. A creative and engaging teaching style that promotes a love of learning. Strong understanding of phonics schemes (e.g., Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds).
