Black Country Women's Aid is seeking a Pathfinder Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to support and advocate for victims throughout the Family Court process. This full-time role requires empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to provide guidance and preparation for clients.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for victims, preparing detailed reports for court, and offering expertise on domestic abuse. The position is subject to standard checks and applicants must be female as per the Occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
