As Senior Strategic Destination Partnerships Lead, youll own Audleys global destination partnership strategy and lead the most senior, high‑value relationships with tourism boards and destination authorities worldwide. Operating at government, C‑suite and board level, youll secure and govern multi‑year partnerships that deliver substantial commercial return, strengthen Audleys differentiation, and offset core marketing investment.
Responsibilities
* Set and lead global strategy: Define Audleys long‑term destination partnership vision, aligned to commercial growth, product differentiation and brand positioning.
* Represent Audley at the highest level: Act as Audleys most senior external representative with tourism ministries, national tourism organisations and destination executives, leveraging a strong global network to unlock strategic opportunities.
* Negotiate high‑value agreements: Lead complex, multi‑year negotiations to secure cash investment, marketing co‑funding, co‑created differentiation and product development that materially impact the P&L.
* Own financial performance: Deliver a multi‑year, seven‑figure partnership income target, applying robust commercial modelling and ROI governance to ensure all partnerships meet strict financial thresholds.
* Influence and lead across the enterprise: Work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Trading and the US business, shaping integrated marketing activity and leading cross‑functional teams to drive delivery and performance.
* Govern, measure and renew: Establish strong governance and performance frameworks, track results at executive level, and make clear, data‑led recommendations on continuation, renewal or exit to ensure long‑term strategic alignment.
