Area Director – New Homes (Field-Based)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + £10,000 OTE

We’re looking for an exceptional Area Director to lead a team of experienced Account Managers across the Central East region of the UK (including the Midlands, East Anglia, and M1 corridor) within the Digital Media space.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established digital brand that’s at the forefront of innovation in the property sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Area Director, you'll:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 4–6 Account Managers.
Drive commercial success and team performance in line with strategic objectives.
Take the lead on key strategic relationships with major New Homes partners, ensuring long-term sustainable growth.
Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, clarity, and coaching.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights, align goals, and support continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring
Leadership Experience: A strong track record of leading successful, target-driven teams in a SaaS, tech, digital, or property environment.
Coaching Excellence: You lead through structured frameworks (e.g. GROW), helping team members unlock their potential and achieve career milestones.
