What does a day to day look like as a Senior Sales Manager at Zuto?
* Deliver sales results within set timescales
* Keep track of KPI's and data for multiple sales teams within the Contact Centre
* Be part of the Senior Management team and contribute to the journey
* Attend meetings with key stakeholders across the business
Requirements
* Track record in managing teams to achieve KPI's and delivering high quality team performance
* Has individual high standards and expects the same from the people they work with
* Commercially focused, balanced with high levels of emotional intelligence
* Experience of monitoring and managing individuals and team performance
* Experience and awareness of how to motivate colleagues and drive performance
