Job Summary
Forever Independent are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care and daily assistance. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing flexibility to suit your schedule. The successful candidates will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, including elderly individuals. Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is desirable. All positions are paid and involve delivering respectful, professional care within clients' homes or care facilities.
Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Supporting medication administration in accordance with care plans
* Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
* Providing companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
* Assisting with mobility and transferring clients safely using proper techniques
* Managing behaviour and implementing strategies for dementia or Alzheimer's care
* Light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe environment
* Monitoring health status and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate documentation of care
* Knowledge of patient care procedures, including medication administration
* Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer's.
* Valid driving licence
* Provide compassionate support

Pay: £12.21-£20.04 per hour
