The Installation & Service Team are responsible for the installation, service and commissioning of the dormakaba Access Control Solutions (ACS) and Entrance System Control (ESC) hardware solutions.
The Entrance System Control Service Engineer are responsible for preventative and reactive service of the security hardware products, which include Revolving Doors, Pedestrian Speedgates and Turnstiles

1. Be an active and proactive member of the ACS ESC team, working closely and positively
2. to ensure that the growth aspirations of the ACS ESC business unit are achieved
3. Provide excellent customer service, behave in a professional and supportive manner when
4. attending customer sites
5. Protect the customer and visitors from harm by rigorously attending to Health and Safety
6. guidelines at all times
7. Ensure that the service visit is conducted as efficiently and cost effectively as possible
8. To ensure agreed customer and dormakaba KPIs are met
9. Provide excellent communication with customers and the service co-ordination team at all
10. times.
11. Endeavor to complete the service in a single site visit, being prepared to stay on site
12. longer if required.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
13. At least 10 years of relevant working experience
14. Installation and Service management skills
15. Excellent commercial acumen
16. Excellent Communication, verbal and written combined with demonstrable attention to detail.
17. Must demonstrate the ability to build meaningful internal relationships and network.
18. Degree in Engineering desirable but not essential for the right candidate with relevant experience.
