About the role
AsBodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop in Hook. Youll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager will include:
* Drive productivity and team performance
* Lead by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
* Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Support, guide, and develop your team to achieve excellence
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
* Ensure the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:
Were seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards. Youll bring:
* 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
* Proven people management and leadership skills
* Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
* A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
