What the role involves:
* Lead Generation – You'll start by generating qualified leads for our Senior Business Development Managers.
* Training & Mentorship – Benefit from hands-on training across our key sectors: Mobile, Hosted Telephony, Managed Print Services, and Business Process Automation.
* Learning by Doing – Attend client meetings you've booked, accompanied by your mentor, giving you the perfect foundation to confidently manage your own clients.
* Progression – After 12–18 months (or sooner if you excel), you'll be fast-tracked into a Business Development Manager role, with responsibility for managing and growing your own client base.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience – At least 12–18 months in a sales or lead generation role.
* Education – Degree preferred, but strong A-levels or equivalent grades will be considered.
* Personality – Tenacity, dedication, and above all, a great personality.
* Organisation – Strong organisational skills to support future account management.
* Ambition – A genuine hunger to build a successful career in B2B sales.
