A look into the role
As a Manager, you will:
* Ensure the efficient completion of quality tax returns and deliver excellent client service.
* Lead team production, delegate tasks, and organize work to maximize efficiency.
* Contribute to departmental management, take ownership of projects, and report to senior management.
* Review complex tax returns for diverse clients, identify opportunities for advisory work, and convert them into billable work.
* Develop your skills to maintain high standards and grow within the private tax function.
* Be a proactive team member, developing networks within the tax department and beyond.

The minimum criteria include a professional qualification (ATT or CTA) and experience in private client compliance. Skills that are beneficial include:
* Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex personal tax affairs.
* People management and team leadership experience.
