What You Will Do:
- Follow detailed build instructions and drawings to ensure precision and quality.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Perform panel wiring of small, accurate components, adhering to electrical schematics.
- Complete tasks in alignment with the production schedule (MPS).
- Contribute to and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct task risk assessments to ensure safety at all times.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in panel wiring and working with electrical drawings.
- HNC qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and flexibility.
- An understanding of assembling electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including cable stripping, crimping, and terminating.
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment and a commitment to health and safety protocols.
