The Role
As People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the employee journey, ensuring everything from onboarding to payroll coordination runs smoothly, accurately and “right first time”.
You’ll help embed the company’s core behaviours and play a key role in building an inclusive, supportive and high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-cycle onboarding & offboarding
* Preparing contracts, offer letters & new starter packs
* Maintaining accurate HR system records
* Right to Work checks & compliance
* Tracking probation & contract changes
* Partnering with Payroll for smooth monthly processing
* Managing the HR inbox & first-line queries
* Supporting recognition, rewards & People projects
What You’ll Bring
* HR admin/coordinator experience
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Confident communicator with discretion
* Knowledge of UK‑GDPR & Right to Work
* Proactive, organised and calm under pressure
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable
