What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead a small team (Arborist + Junior Arborist) across the southern regions
* Preserve, plant, prune, and fell trees, hedgerows, and shrubs safely
* Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery
* Maintain tree health, safety, and compliance with regulations
* Share best practice and support the development of your team
* Occasionally support wider grounds and environmental tasks

What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
* City & Guilds NPTC/Lantra Level 3 in Arboriculture/Horticulture
* CS30–CS40 chainsaw and pruning certifications
* IPAF 3a, 3b, 1b (cherry picker/MEWP)
* NPTC chipper operations
* Confident climbing ability and safe working at height
Experience & Personal Qualities
* Proven arboriculture experience – pruning, felling, planting
* Skilled with tools & machinery (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, aerial lifts)
* Customer-focused and high standards of work
* Knowledge of tree species, growth habits, and disease identification
* Leadership: motivate, support, and develop your team
* Strong health & safety focus
Other Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and trailer entitlement
* Right to work in the UK
* Basic DBS check (arranged by us)
* Positive, proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset
