IRS Group are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives / Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leamington Spa.

The Role:
* Operating machinery in a production environment
* Loading and unloading materials
* Monitoring machine performance and output
* Carrying out basic quality checks
* Working to production targets
* General warehouse and production duties
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday
* 06:30am – 5:00pm
* 3-day weekend every week
Pay:
* £12.50 per hour
* Weekly pay
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous machine operating or production experience preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
