Roles Available:
4. 1:1 SEN Support: Helping individual pupils achieve their learning goals
5. Small Class Support: Assisting teachers in classes of up to 10 pupils

What You’ll Do:
7. Support pupils with additional needs in small groups or one-to-one
8. Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons
9. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
10. Experience in education or care settings is desirable but not essential
11. Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
12. Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
