About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support a busy Data team working on advanced research and technology projects. This role is crucial in ensuring effective coordination, visibility, and alignment across multiple data collection initiatives.
The position involves hands-on work at a state-of-the-art data collection facility, supporting end‑to‑end project activities—from requirements capture through to data delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture project requirements and ensure clarity across teams.
* Build, maintain, and communicate project plans for data collection activities.
* Develop technical guidelines and documentation for data collection workflows.
* Review data quality, applying metrics and ensuring consistency.
* Identify and escalate obstacles, dependencies, and compliance considerations.
* Support sourcing and scheduling of participants for data collection.
* Assist hands‑on with facility setup and data collection operations as needed.
* Provide regular reporting to internal data and research teams.
* Collaborate with technical leads, engineers, research staff, and other project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to create clear, concise documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Proficiency working with large spreadsheets or databases (Excel, Google Sheets, MySQL, Access).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
* Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
Desired Skills
* Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python).
* Experience related to data collection, data annotation, or machine learning.
Education
* Degree in a relevant field
or
at least professional experience in a similar role.
