Role Responsibilities
* Dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
* Visiting properties daily and carrying out regular inspections.
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, working as part of a team, and building strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Candidate Qualities
* Experience carrying out inventories.
* Self‑motivated, well‑organised and fully conversant with lettings regulations.
* Good understanding of fair wear and tear, and experience resolving tenant disputes and returning deposits.
* Excellent customer care skills.
