Position
Domestic Supervisor within the Hotel Services Department at UHA. This is a permanent post.
Hours
15 hours per week. 16:30‑19:30, Monday and Friday – B/Shift.
Responsibilities
* Allocate work, supervise, train and support staff within the area.
* Ensure staff welfare and well‑being.
* Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Maintain flexibility to cover additional hours as required and support other domestic supervisors.
* Support NHS standards and procedures and maintain a wide range of domestic services in line with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of NHS standards and procedures is advantageous.
* Basic computing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
