Your Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our foster parents and ensuring the highest standards of care for the children we serve. This is a dynamic position that requires a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to foster parents, maintaining a manageable caseload for effective supervision.
* Conduct regular supervision sessions, enabling foster parents to thrive while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate meaningful participation in assessments and decision-making processes.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker who is:
* Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
* Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
* Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Possesses a full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
