Night Senior Care Assistant - Residential Care Home (Elderly & Dementia Care)


* Location: Crowthorne
* Pay Rate: £13.87 - £15.67 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
* Shift Pattern: 8:00pm - 8:00am
* Contract: Full-Time | 36 to 48 hours per week
* Residential Care Home | Recently Refurbished | Part of a Leading UK Care Group

We are proud to be recruiting for a Night Senior Care Assistant to join our compassionate and professional team at our recently refurbished residential care home, part of a highly respected and nationally recognised care organisation.

Our home specialises in delivering high-quality person-centred care to older adults, with a strong focus on supporting individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and age-related conditions in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Provide and oversee high-quality care and support to residents during night hours

* Lead and support a team of care assistants to deliver person-centred care

* Monitor residents' well-being and respond promptly to their physical and emotional needs

* Administer medication in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards

* Complete night-time care documentation accurately and professionally

* Ensure the residential home is calm, safe, and secure throughout the night



What We're Looking For:

* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

* Medication trained
* Proven experience in a senior care role within a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high standards of care

* A solid understanding of safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety protocols

* Must have the right to work in the UK
