BIN LOADING OPERATIVES REQUIRED IN SWADLINCOTE. As a refuse loader you are responsible for the collection of household and garden waste bins meaning you play a vital role within the local area. You will go out with a team of fellow loaders so working hard as a team player is required. To be chosen for this role you will need previous experience in an outdoor, physically demanding role and be a reliable team player.
