I am seeking a sous chef to join a fabulous restaurant, I am looking for a confident sous to be part of a great brigade delivering modern British cuisine and bringing a new era of British sustainable food to the table. If you would love the opportunity to work in a great environment this open kitchen gives you the opportunity to not only to cook with the best ingredients but to show guests what really happens in a kitchen.
This role involves the opportunity to pick your fresh herbs and salads daily onsite with the chance to be involved in producing the dishes to incorporate the all these amazing fresh ingredients. If you are a confident sous chef looking for something a little different this could be the job for you. This kitchen delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a unique private dining and chefs table.
