The Role
As the strategic finance lead for Development, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial insight across a diverse and evolving property portfolio.
Reporting to the Finance Director, with interaction into senior Development leadership, this role carriesaccountabilityfor key financial deliverables.
Key responsibilities will include project forecasting & cashflows, governance & controls, performance reporting, business partnering & decision support, month-end & financial integrity.
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with the ability to influence at senior level and ideally have experience within the real estate and construction sectors.
* Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
* Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
* Experience in property development or project finance
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in complex governance environments
* Able to work both autonomously and within cross-functional teams
