The Role: We are seeking a High Calibre Flooring Retail Professional who can effectively manage the day to day operations of a busy Retail operation. Duties: Managing and Maintaining the Showroom; Serving Customers in the Showroom; Arranging Site Surveys with Clients; Obtaining Orders; Increasing Showroom sales over time. Management of a small team and liaison with senior managers within the business as well as suppliers etc. The Person: You will be a Carpet and Flooring Professional with the following attributes: A Carpet and Flooring Specialist Retailer / Manager. Excellent product Knowledge. Customer focussed. Able to manage a small team and liaise with senior managers and suppliers. Estimation / Measuring skills. Hours of Work: Mon – Fri: 9am to 5pm Sat: 11am to 2/3 pm ( NB. This will be to assist in other Stores as the Knightsbridge showroom is closed on Saturdays ). The Rewards: £30000 Salary to Start.* 2% Commission on Net Turnover per Month. Based on Recent Figures the OTE should be over £40k in Year One. Additional 15% Commission payable on Commercial profits. *Our clients would also consider a Monday to Friday Role for a reduced basic (c£28k).
