Up to £40k basic DOE + commission + car allowance and fuel card
Monday–Friday, 9–5
An established and growing recruitment agency based in South East Wales is looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive new business and client acquisition across the Commercial sectors in South Wales & Bristol
This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales driven recruiter with strong support from a collaborative delivery team and an approachable Director.

* Sell temp and perm recruitment solutions across commercial / call centre markets.
* You will be doing client visits, calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach – the full BD mix.
* A solid list of warm and cold prospects provided – plenty of opportunity to go at.. You will have your own network as well.
Who They’re Looking For
* A true BD hunter – someone who thrives on winning new clients face-to-face and over the phone. Proven experience of winning new clients and promoting a brand.
* Experience in temp commercial recruitment is a strong advantage.
* Driven, positive, self-motivated, and someone who values trust and collaboration.

* Full, clean driving license.
The Package
* Up to £40k basic DOE
* Commission structure to be tailored for high performers
* Hybrid working: typically Tues & Thurs in the office
