Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Chorley, Lancashire

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Chorley. This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full weekends. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The role would suit either an experienced Vet looking for a new challenge or a new graduate Vet who is looking for support. They will be working alongside a team of experienced Vets. They collectively provide a support team culture where sharing skills and knowledge is best practice.
The ideal candidate would be looking to develop their surgical skills and be ambitious to continue their professional development. They must have excellent client care and communication skills.

About you
22. You will have good practical experience gained in a small animal practice
23. You will be comfortable working sole charge
24. You will ideally have a bias or area of specialism that you would like to pursue
25. You will be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations
26. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic
27. An interest in pursuing a certificate would be supported and encouraged
28. You will be ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking
29. You will set a positive working environment and lead by example

Package:
50. Salary: Up to £65, per annum, commensurate to experience
