We’re excited to hire a Talent Partner on a 12-month contract who will lead our global yacht charter recruitment strategy!

The Talent Partner plays a vital role in leading the yachts talent team to identify and select top talent for the Global Operations teams. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to understand their resource needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and overseeing the entire talent acquisition process.

The role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class hiring experience that aligns with our culture and values. This includes day-to-day sourcing for global roles at all levels, from entry-level to leadership positions, managing recruitment administration, and supporting high-volume hiring campaigns.

The position requires flexibility and may include travel to operational bases and accommodating various time zones to effectively support global collaborators.

What you will be doing:

Talent Acquisition Process & Strategy:

* Be responsible for the full recruitment process for roles across operations.
* Allocate vacancies across the team and own sourcing/hiring of leadership and specialist roles.
* Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for seasonal hires and global crewed yachts.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience and consistent service for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Use data-driven insights to optimise recruitment performance, manage budget and return on investment, and guide the success of our social media attraction strategy.
* Upskill and coach hiring managers on best practice interview skills, processes, and current legislation.
* Build pipelines in priority areas to ensure talent benches are ready for business-critical roles.
* Conduct external talent mapping, using direct sourcing methods and tools to actively search for and headhunt candidates, supporting succession planning initiatives.
* Ensure full compliance with labour laws, including consistent RTW and qualification checks throughout the hiring process.

Leadership:

* Act as line manager to the talent acquisition team, including setting objectives, conducting SMART reviews, weekly 1:1 meetings, and continuous coaching and development on processes and best practices.
* Drive high performance by consistently meeting important measures, such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and financial targets, while encouraging continuous improvement.
* Be responsible for the smooth delivery of all TA operations, from admin workflows and compliance tasks to effective use of our ATS, Textio, AI, and digital tools.
* Support team planning and logistics, including coordinating business travel and attendance at external events such as careers visits, boat shows, school/college partnership events.

What you’ll bring:

* Proven experience leading or partnering within a Talent Acquisition team, ideally managing remote teams and recruiting internationally in complex environments.
* A background in travel, hospitality or retail operational/high-volume/multi-site recruitment is preferred
* Strong people leadership skills with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
* Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Confident communicator with a positive, collaborative style and a dedication to professionalism and confidentiality.
* Tech-savvy, with solid ATS/HR system knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Flexibility to travel and some work varied hours
* Interest in the yachting or travel industry would be a huge plus!
* CIPD Level 3 desirable.
