Position Overview Denroy Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process improvement, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and supporting the growth and innovation within our organisation. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the development, optimisation, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction across production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve technical issues and support new product introduction. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and technologies. Analyse production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; a Masters degree is advantageous. Preferably Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within plastics or aerospace sectors. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimisation techniques. Desirable Attributes Experience in plastics injection moulding and assembly processes. Familiarity with automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies. Understanding of regulatory standards relevant to Denroys industry sectors.
