We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Data Manager to join our vibrant secondary school community!
As our Data Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our student information systems, assessment tracking, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with school leaders to ensure every decision is backed by powerful data insights.
Main Duties & Responsibilties of the role:
* Oversee and maintain the school’s MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or equivalent)
* Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting cycles Support timetabling, census submissions, and examination data
* Provide training and guidance to staff on data systems
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data regulations
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* A sharp eye for detail and a love of accuracy
* Proficiency in Excel and school data platforms
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Previous experience in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
* A collaborative spirit and a commitment to student achievement
