About the Role
We are looking for Night Life Practitioners to join our team at Petworth, South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. You will report to the Registered Manager and support Life Practitioners day to day. We provide a company vehicle for community activities; you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for 2 years or more. Pay levels: Level 1 £12.85, Level 2 £13.35, Level 3 £13.85. You will have opportunities to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
